体育学院英语专业办学定位与课程设置探讨

分析了体育学院开办英语专业存在的问题:如办学定位上对英语和体育的关系表述不明;培养目标过于狭窄;课程设置缺乏特色;办学条件有待提高;学生学习目标不明确等。阐述了产生上述问题的原因。在英语专业办学目标定位、培养计划的设计、专业课程的规划、实习工作等方面提出了相应对策。

It analyzed the problems existing in starting English major in institutes of P. E., for instance, in the orientation, the explanation of the relation between English and sport wasn＇ t clear and definite, the target of training was limited, the courses offered lacked distinctive feature, the condition of nmning English major had much room for improvement, students hadn＇t a definite learning target and enough motive force for study and so on. It also expounded the causes of producing the above problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasure in the aspects of the orientation of the target for running English major, the design of training plan, the plan of specialized courses, teaching practice and so forth.
