加强党的执政能力建设是时代提出的要求,是历史赋予的伟大使命。本文提出了加强党的执政能力建设始终是我们党的建设的核心工程,分析了在新时期、新环境下,党的执政能力建设的时代内涵,提出了加强党的执政能力建设的路径选择。

This article expounds the time request and history assignment of strengthening the construction of governing capability of the Communist Party of China. At the same time analyses the connotation of governing capability of CPC at new date and new conditions. It puts forward some path choices which are probably effecive to promote the Party＇s ruling ability.
