拓展非公有制经济投资领域,积极支持和鼓励非公有制经济投资的持续增长,对中国经济的整体发展具有重要意义。从现实看,市场准入、融资政策与体制以及政府服务体系改革滞后等因素,仍然对非公有制经济投资领域拓展形成了实质性障碍,因此,必须通过相关体制的改革与完善,为非公有制投资领域拓展与非公有制经济发展创造良好的体制与制度环境。

Expanding non-state-owned investment scope, actively supporting the sustainable development of non-state-owned investment is of great sense to the overall development of China＇s whole economy. In practice, market entrance restriction, finance policy and the lag of government service institution reform still form substantial obstacle to expanding the non-state-owned investment. So we should establish sound institution environment for the non-state-owned investment and the non-state-owned economy development by means of the concerned institution＇s reform and perfecting.
