摘要
介绍了颗粒增强型金属基复合材料制备装置。该装置运用搅熔复合及半固态模锻的原理,使基体金属熔炼、半固态浆料的控制搅拌、增强颗粒的均匀分散加入及复合材料浆料的模锻成形都能够进行。所得铝基复合材料组织均匀致密、性能稳定。
A particulate reinforced MMCs preparation device is introduced. With the application of the principle of stirring composing and semisolid die forging, matrix metal melting, semisolid alloy fluid controlling and stirring, reinforced particles′ uniform dispersing and composite fluid die forging can be successively proceeded. The obtained aluminium matrix composite is uniform and dense in microstructure and stable in property.
