摘要
文章研究了基于内容的智能监控视频数据库的系统结构,并提出了相应的视频数据模型,并将视频分成背景图像和运动图像分别存储入库,使智能监控数据库的数据压缩比得到质的提高。
This paper researches the system structure of content-based Intellegent Monitor video database, and puts forward data model that suited for Intellegent Monitor video database. In order to decrease the storage of the Intellegent Monitor video data, this paper presents two methods of video compression,which will greatly improve the compression ratio of the videos.
