焊接结构二次变形与焊接变形的关系

摘要 在理论上分析了焊接变形和二次变形的机理,并推导了它们的数学表达式,通过实验论证得出结论:二次变形和焊接变形方向相反,即焊接变形是收缩变形,二次变形是伸长变形;在单道焊时,二次变形和焊接变形在数值上成止比。 This paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of the welding deformation and the secondarydeformation of welded structure theoretically and conducts their mathermatical expressions.Secondly,it derives the mathematical expression of relationship between the secondary deformation and the welding deformation. It concludes that1. the directions of the secondary deformation and welding deformation are opposite,that is,the welding deformation is shrinkage and the secondary deformation is lengthening;2. in single-pass welding,the secondary deformation is proportional to the welding deformation,but in multi-pass welding,the secondary deformation is less than the welding deformation.
