摘要
采用动态硫化法制备了丁腈橡胶(NBR-41)/二元共聚氯醚(ECO)共混胶,对其结构进行了表征,研究了其物理机械性能、流变性能和动态力学性能等,并与常规共混胶进行了对比。结果表明,动态硫化胶中NBR-41为分散相,ECO为连续相;与NBR-41/ECO常规共混胶相比,NBR-41/ECO动态硫化胶具有高拉伸强度、低压缩永久变形、低损耗、良好的加工性能及耐低温性能;NBR-41/ECO动态硫化胶的气密性能与ECO相当,而耐油性能优于ECO。
Nitrile rubber (NBR)/epichlorohydrinco-epoxyethane rubber (ECO) were prepared by dynamic vulucanization and its structure and properties such as mechanical properties, rheological properties, dynamic properties were studied. Properties of the NBR-41/ECO dynamically vulcanized blend (BDV) were compared with those of the NBR-41/ ECO conventional vulcanized blend(BCM). The results showed that NBR- 41 formed dispersive phase and ECO formed continuous phase in NBR-41/ECO BDV. NBR- 41/ECO BDV was behavior with high tensile strength, low compression set, well processing properties and low temperature resistance. The oil resistant of NBR- 41/ECO BDV was better than that of ECO.
