摘要
以电力图纸为目标,提出了一种有效的图段符号自动分离与识别的方法.用边界跟踪来进行图段分离,给出了有效抽取图段符号笔划的方法,从而大大地提高了分离的速度和识别的精度.
With the objective of electric Power papers,this paper puts forward an efficient isolationand recognition method of the graph segments. It uses the boundary tracing technology intothe isolation and gives an efficient method of selecting drawing lines in graph segments,which can greatly enhance the speed of isolation and the accuracy of recognition.
