Accurate model of the sun's coordinate based on the new epoch

采用Ｊ２０００．０作为太阳坐标的起算基准，给出了太阳坐标的高精度数学模型，使得推算太阳赤道坐标在２０００年前后１００年的时间间隔里达到０＇．１以上的精度，为天文航海的自动化提供了精度保证．

This paper describes the high accurate method to compute the coordinate of the Sun by means of using the new epoch(J2000. 0).This mathematic model provides the accuracy of the Sun's equatorial coordinates within 0'.1 between 1900 to 2100.It could be widely used in automatic celestial navigation.
