摘要
针对石油钻杆摩擦焊中存在的缺陷,研究了钻杆瞬时液相扩散焊技术。利用自主研制的钻杆TLP连接设备和铁镍基中间层进行了钻杆35CrMo的焊接,并对接头进行拉伸、弯曲试验和组织分析。结果表明,采用TLP连接技术进行钻杆焊接,接头成形好,接头组织与母材相似并连续生长,接头强度、塑性均达到母材水平。焊后原位热处理,一次成形,效率高。因此,TLP连接技术在石油工业中有着广泛的应用前景。
A new welding process, the transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding, is applied to joint drill pipes in order to overcome the shortcomings of the friction welding. A novel iron-nickel base foil is used as an interlayer for TLP bonding of 35CrMo drill pipe, and the joint's mechanical properties and microstructure are analyzed by tensile test, bending test and SEM. The results show that TLP bonding produces a good joint with microstructure and strengths similar to those of base metal. Post-weld heat treatment is carried out on the TLPbonding equipment, and the joint is completed by one time. Therefore, TLP bonding can be widely applied in oil industry.
