摘要
研究了石油天然气长输管道内腐蚀超声检测中的表面缺陷识别问题。应用求取检测信号与标准信号的相关函数和被测管壁的系统脉冲响应函数的信号处理方法,使缺陷定性定量判断的准确性得到了提高,实验结果表明,采用相关分析和计算系统脉冲响应的方法、原理和算法既不复杂,软件实现也较容易,可以在实际工况下提高管道表面缺陷的定量和定性分析的可靠性,较好解决管道内腐蚀缺陷的识别问题。
The recognition of surface faults in ultrasonic inspection of oil and gas pipeline is investigated. By using the signal processing method of deriving the correlation function of inspection signal and standard signal and the system impulse response function of the measured pipeline, the accuracy of quantitative and qualitative recognition of the faults is improved. The relevant experiments prove the results of analysis by the above-mentioned method are satisfactory.
