RNAi抗肝炎病毒感染作用的研究进展

摘要 在机体抗病毒感染中,RNAi是一种由双链RNA介导的基因水平上的有效保护性机制,是由与沉默基因序列同源的dsRNA引发的转录后关闭特异基因的调节机制。RNAi作为调节特定基因表达的基因组免疫方法,成为生物药学的研究热点,同时也是机体抗病毒感染在基因水平的有效防御机制。本文概括了RNAi抗肝炎病毒作用的研究进展,分析了其在临床治疗病毒性肝炎的优势及当前存在的问题,为提高其抗肝炎病毒感染作用的进一步研究指明了方向。 RNA interference (RNAi) is an effective antiviral mechanism of human body, It is a sequence specific process involving post transcriptional gene silencing initiated by double stranded RNA (dsRNA) homologous to the silenced genes. RNAi, as a genomic immune phenomenon involving the modulation of specific gene expression and an efficient gene-level defense mechanism against viral infection, has become the focus of study in biomedicine, This review summarized the researches of RNAi in inhibiting hepatitis virus infection,analyzed the advantages of RNAi in clinical treatment of hepatitis,and pointed out the existing problems, hoping to provide references for antiviral study of hepatitis infection.
