摘要
目的探讨正常人瞳孔对光反射的特征,为神经眼科临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据.方法应用瞳孔自动测试仪检测100例正常人(200只眼)的瞳孔及瞳孔对光反射.检测对象年龄12~66岁,平均(31±2)岁,按10岁为1个年龄段分为5组,并对不同年龄组、性别、眼别间的左右眼参数值进行比较.结果正常人群随年龄增长,瞳孔面积减小,瞳孔对光反射的反应幅度降低、潜伏期延长,差异有统计学意义.性别、眼别间各参数差异无统计学意义.结论瞳孔对光反射检查是一种客观的视觉通路功能检查.瞳孔自动测试仪检查法可定量检测正常人瞳孔及瞳孔对光反射的各种参数值,为视神经病变的临床诊断和随访提供参考.
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the pupil and the pupillary light reflex in the normal subjects and to provide valuable reference in the clinic of neuro-ophthalmology. Methods The 200 eyes of 100 normal subjects were classified into five groups by age (such as 10 year, 20 year group, etc). Their ages of the normal subjects ranged from 12 to 66 years [mean, (31 ± 2) years]. The pupils and the pupillary light reflexes were observed using automatic pupillometer in 100 subjects (200 eyes). The comput- erized, infrared-sensitive pupillometer was used to record the dynamic movement of pupil in light or in dark. the results were automated analyzed by computer. Results With age increasing, the pupil area, the reflex amplitude and velocity of the pupillary light reflex were decreased while the latency was prolonged; all of those changes were significantly different. There were no significant differences in the nine variables between the male and the female group or between the left eye and the right eye. Conclusions A reproducible pupil test provides quantitative information about the pupil and the pupillary light reflex. The method may valuable in the determination of pupillary input deficits that result from retinal and optic nerve diseases.
