青光眼中倍频视野检查与Octopus视野检查的相关性 被引量:2

Relationship between indices of Frequency Double Technique perimetry and Octopus perimetry in Glaucoma

摘要 目的评价青光眼中倍频视野计(Frequency Doubling Technique FDT)与传统自动视野计Octopus检查结果的相关性。方法35例正常对照,27例可疑青光眼患者,37例原发性开角型青光眼和50例正常眼压性青光眼患者进行FDT和Octopus检查。记录FDT视野检查的平均缺损(Mean Defect,MD)、图形标准偏差(Pattern Standard Deviation,PSD),Octopus视野检查中的平均缺损、丢失方差(Loss Variance,LV)。应用线性回归分析计算回归方程及相关系数。结果原发性开角型青光眼中,FDT-MD与Octopus-MD,FDT-PSD与Octopus-LV均显著相关(r=0.828,r=0.758,P均<0.001)。正常眼压性青光眼中,FDT-MD与Octopus-MD,PDT-PSD与Octopus-LV均显著相关(r=0.827,r=0.783,P均<0.001)。结论FDT检查的各指标无论在POAG还是NTG中均与传统自动视野计Octopus有很好的相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the indices of Frequency Doubling Tech-nique (FDT) perimeter and Octopus perimeter in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), normal tension glaucoma (NTG), suspected glaucoma, or normal. Methods 35 normal, 27 glaucoma sus-pected, 37 patients with POAG and 50 patients with NTG were examined with the N - 30 program of FDT and dG2 program of Octopus. The correlation between MD (FDT- MD) or pattern standard deviation PSD (FDT- PSI)) and MD (Octopus- MD) or loss variance LV (Octopus-LV) were evaluated using linear regression analysis. Results Overall, FDT - MD and FDT - PSD significantly related with Octopus - MD ( r = 0.88, P 〈 0.001 ) and Octopus- LV (r = 0. 862, P〈 0.001 ). In POAG, FDT- MD and FDT - PSD significantly correlated with octopus- MD (r = 0. 828, P 〈 0. 001 ) and Octopus- LV (r = 0. 758, P 〈 0.001). In NTG, FDT-MD and FDT PSD also significantly correlated with Octopus- MD (r=0.827, P〈0.001) and Octopus LV (r=0.783, P〈0.001). Significant difference was found between FDT and Octopus for the time needed to perform the visual field test. Conclusions The indices of FDT significantly correlated with the indices of Octopus both in POAG and NTG. FDT could be used in screening and diagnosis of glaucoma. The FDT is a faster way to analyze the visual field.
