摘要
用间期核染色体荧光原位杂交技术(简称FISH),对精液中最常见的细胞进行了检测。结果表明,根据杂交后荧光点的数目、位置的不同,结合细胞核特有的形态,可以对精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞、精子及淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞进行辨别。
We detect exfoliative cells of semen by fluorescence in situ hybridization to interphase nuclei. The result shows that spermatogonium, primary spermatocyte, seond spermatocyte, spermatid, spermatozoon, lymphocyte and granulocyte can be identified by the different numbers and positions of fluorecent sigmals in nuclei together with morphological morphological characteristics of nuclei.
