低硒、低碘对大鼠离体胸主动脉血管收缩性的影响

摘要 目的研究低硒、低碘对大鼠离体胸主动脉收缩力的作用并探讨其机制。方法采用离体血管张力实验法,观察并比较模型实验组、碘化钾(KI)实验组、亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO2)实验组大鼠与正常大鼠之间在不同条件下主动脉收缩力的异同。结果模型大鼠的胸主动脉收缩力均小于正常大鼠(P<0.05);碘化钾(1 mmol/L)对大鼠离体胸主动脉无收缩或扩张作用,对氯化钾(KCl)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)产生的收缩无协同作用(P>0.05);亚硒酸钠(0.1 mol/L)对大鼠离体胸主动脉无收缩或扩张作用,对氯化钾(KCl)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)产生的收缩有明显的协同作用(P<0.01)。结论低硒、低碘状况下,大鼠胸主动脉环对氯化钾、去甲肾上腺素、苯肾上腺素所引起的收缩均有不同程度的减弱。 Objective To investigate the effects of selenium and iodine deficiency on the contractibility of rat thoracic aorta and probe into its mechanisms. Methods Isolated vascular methods were used to study the effects in different groups. Results The contraction of rat thoracic aorta of the groups with selenium and iodine deficiency was less than that of the normals (P〈0.05) ; potassium iodide (1 mmol/L) had no effect on the contraction of rat tboracic aorta, and was not syncrgic with the aortic contraction induced by KCl and NE (P〉0. 05); sodium selenite (0.1 mol/L) had no effect on rat aortic contraction, but was significantly synergic with the contraction induced by KCl combined with NE (P〈0.01). Oonclusion The rat thoracic aorta contraction caused by NE, KCl and PE becomes weak when selenium and iodine are deficient.
