中华绒螯蟹精荚分级分离及其蛋白组分分析

The Fractionation of Spermatophore and Analysis of Proteins in Various Fractions in Eriocheir sinensis

对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)精荚进行分级分离,获得的精液、精荚基质和精子等不同组分,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对其可溶性蛋白成分进行比较分析。结果显示,中华绒螯蟹精荚的各个组分均含有其特定的蛋白谱带。经糖蛋白特异染色发现,精液中含3种糖蛋白,精荚基质中含2种糖蛋白。

Various fractions of the spermatophore were isolated by the method of fractionation, and the soluble protein components of different fractions were analysed by SDS-PAGE in Eriocheir sinensis. Results showed that different parts of the spermatophore, including spermatophore matrix, seminal plasma and the whole sperm, had their own characteristic PAGE hands. In the staining of glycoproteins from seminal plasma and spermatophore matrix, there were three kinds of glycoproteins in seminal plasma, and two in spermatophore matrix.
