摘要
对成品直径为φ6~φ10 mm的Q235钢热轧带肋超级钢线材进行了研究.经成分微调,采用碳的质量分数为0.21%~0.25%,硅的质量分数为0.3%~0.4%,锰的质量分数为0.7%~0.8%的钢坯及合理的控轧控冷工艺制度,使屈服强度提高到415~460 MPa,抗拉强度与屈服强度比值大于1.2,线材产品的晶粒尺寸达到5 μm,金相组织为珠光体加铁素体.经8次控轧控冷工业试验已在国内成功轧制上述超级钢线材3100 t.
The pilot production of super hot rolled steel rib wires based on Q235 in diameter of Ф 6 to Ф 10 mm is presented. With adjustment of composition of Q235, the billets containing 0. 21% to 0. 25% of carbon ,0.3% to 0.4% of silicon, 0.7% to 0.8% of manganese, were successfully rolled by rational TMCP. The yield strength of the wires are up to 410 to 460 MPa with a ratio of tensile strength to yield strength at least 1.2 and average ferrite grain size reduced to 5 μm in the microstructure of ferrite and pearlite. Eight pilot productions with TMCP were performed and in total 3 100 tons wires were successfully produced.
