The Biomechanical Model of Cytokinesis in Animal Cells

摘要 细胞分裂是细胞繁殖的基础 ,它涉及到两个不同但相互联系的重要过程 :有丝分裂和胞质分裂。本文着重介绍了针对胞质分裂过程 ,生物力学工作者从力学角度为揭示这一主动变形机理所做的各种尝试 ,其中包括 :各种力学模型、主要结论及其与实验的差异。 As the basis of cell proliferation, cytokinesis involves the division of the cytoplasm and the plasma membrane into two. In this paper a few models on the active deformation mechanism during cytokinesis process are presented. Discussions are made onvarious models, conclusions, differences between the numerical results and the corresponding experimental results.
