摘要
采用苯丙乳液、锐钛型纳米级二氧化钛和表面活性剂,制得应用于道路交通设施中的光催化净化大气环保材料,在日光照射下降解汽车尾气中的有害气体.研究了分散方法、分散剂的种类、分散剂的浓度及分散时间对纳米TiO2分散性的影响,利用透射电镜对其分散情况进行观察,并对其分散机理进行探讨与研究.结果表明,采用合理的分散方法和适量的表面活性剂能有效改善纳米TiO2在水中的分散度,提高颗粒的稳定性,增强了光催化材料的光降解能力,有效提高了对汽车尾气中有害气体的降解能力.
Automobile end gas pollution attracts more and more attention. In this paper, a kind of photocatalysis material that made of styrene-acrylic latex, nano titanium dioxide and surfactant was used in means of transportation, by which the harmful automobile end gas can be degraded. The effects of method, kinds of dispersant, concentration of dispersant and time on dispersibility were studied. Nano TiO2 grains were observed by TEM and theory of dispersion was discussed. Results showed that reasonable way of dispersion and surfactant can improve the dispersibility of nano TiO2 and the stability of TiO2 grain, at the same time enhance the ability of photocatalysis on automobile end gas effectively.
