患者的营养状况直接关系到其治疗、康复以及预后。要将营养过量和营养不足所引起并发症的可能降到最小,必须对患者进行营养的个体化定量。理想的营养支持方案应该是按照实际测量的能量消耗来确定营养物质的供给量和供给比例,并经常监测患者的呼吸商,随时对营养支持方案进行调整,以达到合理营养支持的目的。
The nutritional status affects the factors of patient outcome such as the therapeutic intervention, the length of hospitalization and prognosis.
