Examination of Epslein-Barr virus infection by the polymerase chain reaction method

ＥＢ病毒是传染单核细胞增多症的病原体，在人群中的感染十分常见，幼儿（主要为６岁以下）受感染后，多数不呈明显症状，或引起轻症咽炎和上呼吸道炎。用常规方法培养ＥＢ病毒尚未成功。本文应用ＰＣＲ技术对不明原因的发热患儿进行检测，并进行讨论。

Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)is a new virus which human of Herpesviruses.It was first cultured from malicious lymphoma cells of Africa children by Epstein and Barr at 1964.Under electronic microscope,the characteristic of EB virus is similar to the other virus of Herpesviruses,but isn't alike to antigenicity.It is fail to culture EB virus with regular method.We are examining in a fever children that don't know reason with the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) teachnology total 64cases,7 cases are positive.
