原发性输尿管移行细胞癌血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达及微血管密度检测

Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Interstitial Microvascular Density in Primary Ureter Transitional Cell Cancer

摘要 目的通过对原发性输尿管移行细胞癌组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达及肿瘤间质微血管密度(MVD)检测的研究,探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)对24例输尿管移行细胞癌及8例正常输尿管组织进行了VEGF多克隆抗体及第Ⅷ因子相关抗原(vWf:Ag)单克隆抗体染色,观察输尿管移行细胞癌VEGF的表达与MVD之间的相关性。结果血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达与肿瘤间质微血管密度之间存在正相关性,二者均与输尿管移行细胞癌的临床病理分期有显著相关性,肌层浸润性肿瘤(≥pT2)明显高于浅表性肿瘤(≤pT1),但与肿瘤分级、大小、性别及年龄无关。结论血管内皮细胞生长因子为输尿管移行细胞癌的恶性表型,并与输尿管移行细胞癌间质微血管形成有关,上述二项指标对评估输尿管移行细胞癌的预后有重要的临床意义。 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the tumor interstitial microvascutar density in ureter transitional celt cancer and their clinical significance. Methods With anti-VEGF PcAb and antivWf:Ag McAb, SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and the tumor interstitial microvascular density in 24 cases of ureter transitional celt cancer and 8 cases of normal ureterat tissue as the control group. Results The expression of VEGF in ureteral cancer was positively correlated to the tumor interstitial microvascular density. Both of them were remarkably related to the clinical staging of the tumor: higher in muscte-invasive tumors (≥pT2) than in superficial tumors (≤pT1), but not to the grading and size of tumor, sex and age. Conclusion The expression of VEGF was a malignant phenotype in ureter transitional cell carcinoma and was positively related to tumor interstitial microvascular density. The above two indexes had an important effect on evaluating the prognosis of the ureter transitional cell carcinoma.
