摘要
目的了解50年来剖宫产率的变化及其趋势。方法回顾性分析同济医院50年来剖宫产率、剖宫产手术指征以及围生儿死亡率变化。结果剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势,从1955年的2.64%上升到2004年的64.70%,胎儿因素、社会因素从1955年的18.18%、0,分别升高至2004年的29.40%、26.00%,而围生儿死亡率自1990年起明显下降,差异均有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。结论寻求全社会的支持、严格剖宫产指针、提高产科技术才能降低剖宫产率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the cesarean rate and indications. Methods The variation of the cesarean rate and its indications during the last 50 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results The cesarean rate showed an increasing tendency. The cesarean rate caused by fetal factor and by social factor was increased from 18.18% and 0 in 1955 to 29.40% and 26.00% in 2004 respectively with the difference being significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To improve all of the society, the family and the government to give more comprehension on the obstetric work can reduce the cesarean rate.
