p53基因在人皮肤血管瘤不同时期的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨p53基因在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中p53基因的表达水平,并结合第Ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色证实表达p53基因的细胞是血管内皮细胞。利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织p53基因表达的平均吸光度和平均阳性面积。结果增生期血管瘤内皮细胞p53基因表达水平高于退化期,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),退化期血管瘤内皮细胞p53基因表达水平与正常皮肤组织相比,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论p53基因通过促进血管生成而在血管瘤的形成过程中起一定作用。 Objective To invesligale lhc expression and significance of p53 gene in the occurrence, development and regression of human hemangiomas. Methods The expression of p53 gene in prolifcrating, degenerative human hemangiomas and normal skin tissues was delecled by using immunohistochemical technique. And by detecting factor Ⅷ-related antigen by using immunohistochemical technique il was proved that the cells which expressed p53 gene were vascular endothelia. By using image analysis syslem, the average absorbency and average positive area of the p53 gene expression in different stages of hemangiomas and normal skin tissues were measured. Results The expression of p53 gene was significantly higher in proliferating hemangiomas than in degenerative hernangomas wilh lhe difference being significant (P〈0.01). Therc was no significant difference in the expression of p53 gene belween the degenerative hemangiomas and normal skin lissues (P〉0.05). Conclusion p53 gene plays an important role in lhe formation of human hemangiomas by accelerating angiogenesis.
