趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7在喉癌组织中的表达 被引量:8

Expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 and CCR7 in laryngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的:观察喉癌组织中趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7的表达情况,初步了解CXCR4和CCR7与喉癌恶性表现的关系,从而为临床治疗提供理论基础。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法对实验组30例喉癌组织标本和对照组18例正常喉部黏膜组织标本中的趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7的表达进行检测,并应用计算机辅助图像分析仪对表达结果进行图像分析,然后进行统计学分析。结果:①趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7蛋白在喉癌组织中呈强阳性表达,且CXCR4和CCR7蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②癌细胞分化程度高的癌组织趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7蛋白表达水平显著低于分化程度低的癌组织(P<0.05),CXCR4和CCR7蛋白表达水平在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期较Ⅰ~Ⅱ期明显升高(P<0.01),淋巴结转移组较无淋巴结转移组均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7在喉癌组织中的高表达,其表达水平与喉癌的病理分化程度、临床分期及颈部淋巴结转移有关。 Objeetive:This study was designed to observe the expression of CXCR4 and CCR7 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues in order to primitively clarify the relationship between Chemokine Receptor CCR7 and CXCR4 and the malignity of laryngeal carcinoma. It would be helpful to cure laryngeal carcinoma. Method.. We examined the expression of Chemokine Receptor CXCR4 and CCR7 in 30 cases laryngeal carcinoma tissues(experiment group) and 18 cases normal laryngeal tissues(control group)with immunohistochemistry. And qualitative analysis of light microscopy with computer-assisted image system was employed. Then our conclusion was drawn from statistical analysis. Result:①Chemokine Receptor CXCR4 and CCR7 were positively expressed in laryngeal carcinoma tissues while they were negative in the control group. Their expressions were significantly higher than those of control group( P〈0.01). ②Chemokine Receptor CXCR4 and CCR7 expression in laryngeal carcinoma declined with the rise of the differentiation grade of laryngeal carcinoma( P〈0.05). The expression of CXCR4 and CCR7 were significantly higher in the group with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis( P〈0.01 ). And the same results appeared between laryngeal carcinoma groups with different clincical stages( P〈0.01). Conelusion:Chemokine Receptor CXCR4 and CCR7 are highly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma, and their expression were associated with differentiation grade of laryngeal carcinoma ,clinical stage and neck lymph node metastasis.
