滇蛙体内寄生单殖吸虫一新种记述

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS POLYSTOMA(POLYSTOMATIDAE,MONOGENEA) PARASITIC IN RANA PLEURADEN BOULENGES

从滇蛙Ranapleuraden Boulenger膀胱内检获单殖吸虫多盘科双睾属1新种,以采集地命名为石林双睾虫Diplorchisshilinensissp.nov.,新种为目前国内记录双睾属吸虫中体型最小的虫种。描述了新种的形态特征,并与近似种做了比较。新种模式标本保存于云南师范大学生命科学学院动物学教研室。

Diplorchis shilinensis sp. nov. described as a new species of the Polystomatidae （Monogenea） genera Diplorchis parasitic in the urinary bladder of the anuran host Rana pleuraden Boulenger. Holotype and paratype specimens deposited in the Zoological Section of School of Life Sciences of Yunnan Normal University. The new species is the smallest, separates it from recorded parasites of genera Diplorchis in China. Mean total body length 2.6482 mm; greatest width 0.9429 mm; haptor 0. 8428 mm × 0. 5572 mm, sucker diameter 173.2μm. Haptoral hamuli have conspicuous basal separation until form mid distinct hollow and distinct topmost hook. There are two chitin planks fromthe hook to tip of guard, extending well to uterus. Both lateral intestine diverticula exist, but not extend into haptor and form no diverticula. Two testis posterior to ovary, large and ramose as letter H. Ovary is small and dextral in genital cavity, mean length 297μm. Uterus long posterior to testis holding up 9-14 eggs, mean egg length 165.4 μm, mean egg diameter 90.1 mm.
