齿轮齿端曲面倒角加工刀具设计与仿真 被引量:7

摘要 齿轮齿端曲面倒角加工面临的两个主要难题:(1)成形刀具的设计困难,刀具参数靠试凑法确定;(2)加工过程中刀具的位姿调整费时费力。文中分析了成形刀具的几何结构和倒角加工过程的特点,建立了倒角加工过程的几何模型和刀具刀刃回转面的几何模型,推导出刀具几何参数与加工过程中刀具位姿参数的关系表达式,为刀具设计和位姿调整提供了理论基础。在P ro/E环境下,应用P ro/TOOLK IT开发工具,开发了刀具参数计算及加工仿真系统,为刀具的设计及倒角加工机床的调整提供了软件工具支持。 Two main problems in the machining of gear camber chamfering are presented. (1)Cutters are designed to be difficult, and geometric parameters are determined by the cut and try method;(2) Adjusting the cutters pose before chamfering process. The geometric figure of cutters and characters of the process are analyzed, and then geometric model of the chamfering process is built. The geometric model and the mathematical expression of the cutter edge revolution surface and the pose are derived, which offer a theoretical basis of the cutter design and the pose adjustment. Finally, with the programming tool of Pro/TOOLKIT in the Pro/ENGINNER environment, a system is developed, so that the geometric parameters of cutters can be calculated and the process can be simulated. The system is a powerful software tool for the cutter design and adjustment.
