摘要
研究了自适应切削的概念,针对学术界现存的一些认识上的误区,阐述了自适应切削与自适应控制的联系与区别。按照不同的分类方法(优化对象、采用的控制量、控制目标、采用的控制类型),对自适应切削进行了分类。研究了自适应切削所特有的关键技术,并对自适应切削的发展策略进行了探讨。
The development of the adaptive cutting technique is summarized. Firstly, the concept of the adaptive cutting is presented. Aiming at some misunderstandings existed in academia, the relation and the difference between the adaptive cutting and the adaptive control are analyzed. Then, the adaptive cutting is classified according to different classification methods (the optimization object, the controlled variable, the controlled object and the control type). Finally, some special key technologies in adaptive cutting are studied, and the development strategy is also discussed.
