摘要
为进一步开发新型切削技术,探索切削加工的未来发展趋势,必须研究和跟踪切削技术的进化历程。TR IZ(T heory of inven tive prob lem so lv ing)技术进化理论是专门研究技术系统进化预测的重要分支。本文着重对TR IZ直接进化理论进行了评述,根据TR IZ直接进化模式,分析和总结了切削技术的进化路线。提出改进的进化潜能图,基于该进化潜能图,指出增加切削技术的可控性、充分利用系统资源和继续增加切削技术的理想度是未来切削技术可能的开发方向。
To develop a new cutting technology and predict its future, the theory of inventive problems solving (TRIZ) technological evolution theory is used to study the fundamental branch specialized in forecasting technological system evolution. In this paper, the directed evolution of TRIZ is assessed, and evolution trends of the cutting technology are analyzed by the TRIZ directed evolution pattern. An improved evolutionary potential radar plot is presented based on the evolution potential radar plot. The main direction of the cutting technology in the future is to improve the controllability and to use system internal resources.
