长波紫外线照射对皮肤成纤维细胞产生白三烯B4及5-脂氧合酶mRNA表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 紫外线照射可以使皮肤细胞释放多种炎症介质,从而引起皮肤产生急性或慢性炎症反应.长波紫外线(UVA)具有较强的穿透力,可穿过表皮到达真皮上部,主要作用于皮肤成纤维细胞,是引起皮肤炎症反应和皮肤光老化的重要因素.
