尖锐湿疣患者外周血单一核细胞CD40和CD40L的表达 被引量：3

摘要 尖锐湿疣的发生、发展和转归与宿主的细胞免疫功能状态密切相关[1-3].然而,在细胞免疫反应中CD40-CD40L作为体内特异性免疫反应系统重要的一对共刺激分子,对T细胞活化以及效应性细胞因子的分泌过程起重要调节作用.为了探讨CD40、CD40L在尖锐湿疣患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)上的表达水平及其临床意义,本研究采用流式细胞仪检测尖锐湿疣患者PBMC上CD40、CD40L的表达.
