摘要
利用氧化铝工业的废渣赤泥、粉煤灰及页岩为主要原料,通过加入添加剂,制备了高性能的环保型清水砖.测定了样品的气孔率及抗折强度,并采用XRD、SEM测试技术对样品的相组成和显微结构进行了分析.结果表明,清水砖气孔率达6.36%~48.01%,抗折强度达18.87~66.83 MPa,由CaAl2SiO8、Fe2O3、Ca3Fe1.88(SiO4)3、Ca3(SiO4)3相组成,气孔均布于样品中,另外还讨论和分析了影响样品气孔率和抗折强度及微观结构的因素.
Environmental simple bricks that have high performances were prepared by using red mud, fly ash and shale as main raw materials. The porosity and bend strength were measured. The phase compositions and microstructures were tested by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the porosity was about 6.36 % -48.01%, bending strength was about 18.87- 66.83 MPa. The main crystalline phases were CaAl2Si2O8, Ca3Fe1.88(SiO4 )3, Ca3(SiO4 )O, Fe2O3 and SiO2, The pores dispersed uniformly in the samples. The factors causing the porosity, bend strength and the microstructure of .samples were discussed and analyzed.
