摘要 制备用于防止组织粘连的壳聚糖生物降解膜和聚乳酸生物降解膜,分别测量其体外降解过程中质量丧失率和形貌的变化。研究由壳聚糖和聚乳酸2种不同材料分别制备的生物屏障膜的降解性能。结果显示在磷酸缓冲溶液中,分子量较小的聚乳酸膜的降解速度较快。在相同的实验条件下相同重均分子量的壳聚糖膜比聚乳酸膜降解快。 Chitosan membrane and PDLLA membrane for adhesion were prepared. The weight loss after degradation in vitro and membrane surface morphology was observed by SEM. The degradation performances of the two different kinds of membrane were researched in this paper. In the phophorous buffer .solution, the degradation speed of the PDLLA membrane which has small molecular weight was faster. The degradation speed of the chitosan membrane was faster than PDLLA membrane which has the same molecular weight as the chitosan membrane.
