摘要
主动磁力轴承通常采用PID控制,但由于磁力轴承具有高度的非线性,传统的PID参数整定方法往往效果不佳。采用线性规划中面向多变量寻优的单纯形法对PID参数进行寻优,并采用改进的ITAE性能指标对响应性能进行评价,给出了详细的寻优步骤。Matlab环境下的仿真结果表明,经单纯形法进行参数寻优后的PID控制器可以较好地实现转子的快速起浮和稳定悬浮。
Active magnetic bearings(AMB) are controlled by PID controllers in general. However, because active magnetic bearings have strong nonlinearity, it is hard to obtain optimal parameters by using the traditional tuning method for PID controllers' parameters. The single-form method, which is usually applied to optimize muhiple variables in linear programming, was adopted to optimize PID parameters. Furthermore, the ITAE performance index was used to evaluate the response performance of the AMB system. Optimization steps were also described in detail. With the tool of Matlab, simulation results indicated that the rotor of the AMB can levitate quickly and suspend stably with PID controllers whose parameters were optimized with the singl-form method.
