摘要
借鉴生物免疫系统的分布性、自适应性等特点,提出了一种类似遗传算法的人工免疫算法,并用一个实例对这种人工免疫算法的各个步骤进行了详细描述。通过仿真与遗传算法对比分析,该方法具有以下优点:一是能有效地克服随机漫游现象;二是采用浓度调节机制控制抗体克隆概率,能维持抗体多样性;三是能对类似抗原入侵产生迅速高效的二次免疫应答。
A basic idea of artificial immune system was introduced, and every step of a new kind of artificial immune algorithm was described through an example. Through the contrastive analysis of emulate conclusion between genetic algorithm and artificial immune algorithm, it was found that the AIS algorithm had the following virtues. Firstly, it can avoid random wandering effectively. Seeondly, it can keep the diversity of antibody by controlling the clone probability of antibody with the mechanism of consistency adjustment. Thirdly, it can stimulate secondary immune respond efficiently and speedily for the inbreak of similar antigen.
