我国普通高校学费增长情况探析

An Analysis of University Tuition Rising

文章在简要介绍我国普通高等院校学费增长历程的基础上,实证分析了高校学费增长过程的几个显著特点。通过两个指标判断当前高校学费水平过高,进而论证了高等院校学费增长过快的指导思想,并分析了高学费可能导致的不利后果,最后提出了遏制学费继续高涨的对策建议。

This paper analyses the process and features of tuition rising in universities and colleges of China over the past few years, points out the unfavorable consequence of high tuition, and proposes some countermeasures to check the skyrocketing of tuition.
