摘要
本文研究盐酸纳美芬对小鼠吗啡身体依赖的拮抗作用。选用连续３ｄ给吗啡成瘾的小鼠用纳洛酮进行催瘾，记录催瘾后小鼠跳跃次数，结果表明，ｓｃ纳美芬０．０５—０．４ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，能够完全拮抗小鼠对吗啡形成的身体依赖。
In this paper, the effects of nalmefene on physical dependence induced bymorphine in mice was evaluated. The mice were first made addicted to morphine in threedays, then naloxone was given to precipitate the withdrawal syndromes. Times and rateof jumping were recorded. The results showed that in the dose of 0. 05 - 0. 4 mg. kg-1,nalmefene could completely block morphine - induced physical dependence in mice.
