摘要
研究有机硅氧烷接枝改性天然胶乳及其胶膜的性能。结果表明:接枝改性胶乳的机械稳定性、粘度均高于未改性胶乳的,与未改性胶乳生胶膜及硫化胶乳胶膜相比,接枝改性胶乳生胶膜及其硫化胶乳胶膜有更好的力学性能和耐溶剂性能、耐水性能。TG,DTG和DSC分析表明:与普通天然橡胶相比,有机硅氧烷接枝改性天然橡胶的热稳定性能明显提高。DMA分析测试表明:接枝改性胶乳的有机硅与天然橡胶具有一定的相容性;有机硅改性天然胶乳硫化胶膜的贮能模量E'比天然胶乳硫化胶膜的小,表明改性后的回弹性降低。
The properties of NR latex graft-modified by organosiloxane were studied. The results showed that the modified latex had the higher stability and viscosity. The grafted latex film and its vulcanized film had better mechanic properties and better resistance to solvent than that of the non-modified latex. Modified NR latex was studied by TG, DTG, DSC, DMA. TG, DTG and DSC proved that the natural rubber vulcanized latex film modified by polyorganosiloxane using the methods of graft-copolymerization had better heat-resistence than that of the non-modified latex.DMA proved that the grafted latex had some compatibility with NR latex, and the better bounce impact elasticity was attained by the grafted latex.
