摘要
以切花月季“萨蔓莎”(Rosehybridacv.Samantha)为材料,研究切花花瓣衰老过程中内源激素水平的变化。结果表明:在“萨蔓莎”切花衰老过程中,3个处理乙烯形成与呼吸跃变出现是一致的,对照(CK)的乙烯含量始终最多;CK的脱落酸、玉米素含量呈下降上升再下降再上升的趋势,含量均比其它处理高;CK的赤霉素、异戊烯基腺嘌呤含量呈上升下降上升的趋势,含量比其它处理高;CK的生长素含量呈下降趋势,含量比其它处理低。2个保鲜剂处理减少了乙烯、脱落酸和细胞分裂素的量,提高了生长素的量,从而延缓切花的衰老,提高切花的品质。赤霉素与衰老无直接相关性,只是在平衡中起作用。
Cut flowers of Rosa hybrida cv. ‘Samantha' was used as material to study the changes of endogenous hormone level of cut flowers in the process of senescence. In three treatments, the composition of ethylene and the changes of respiration were found the same. The ethylene content in CK was the highest all the time. The abscisic acid and zeatin contents in CK tended to decline, then increase, and repeat again, and they were higher than those in other treatments. The gibberellic acid and isopentenyl adenine contents in CK tehded to increase, decrease, and then increase, and they were higher than those in other treatments. The auxin content in CK tended to decrease and was lower than that in other treatments. In the two preservative solution treatments, the contents of ethylene, abscisic acid and cytokinin were reduced, while the content of auxin was increased, thus the seaescence of cut flowers was delayed and their quality improved. The gibberellic acid was not related directly with senescence but played its role in balance.
