摘要
在室内平均温度28.1℃,平均相对湿度83.9%的条件下研究了贡蕉、粉蕉、红香蕉、巴西蕉、泰蕉、8818等6个香大蕉品种对斜纹夜蛾Prodenialitura(Fabriciu)s生长、发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明:其初孵幼虫喜食粉蕉,而不喜食泰蕉和巴西蕉;卵-蛹的发育历期以泰蕉最长(38.8d),粉蕉最短(26.8d);世代存活率以泰蕉最低(21.7%),粉蕉最高(71.4%);产卵量以红香蕉最低(324.5粒),贡蕉最高(1319.2粒);其种群增长趋势(I)仍以泰蕉最慢,粉蕉最快,粉蕉约是泰蕉的14.5倍。以rm作为抗虫性指标,6个香大蕉品种对斜纹夜蛾抗性的强弱顺序为:泰蕉>红香蕉>巴西蕉>8818>贡蕉>粉蕉。研究结果表明,斜纹夜蛾能在6个香大蕉品种上完成生活史,泰蕉和红香蕉对斜纹夜蛾种群数量有一定的抑制作用。
The effects of six banana varieties (Musa AA Group Pisong mas, M. AAB Group Fenjiao, M. AAA Group Cavendish Hongxiangjiao, M. AAA Group Cavendish Baxijiao, M. AAA Group Cavendish Taijiao and M. AAA Group Cavendish 8818) on the development and reproduction ofProdenia litura (Fabricius) under 28.1 ℃ of indoor temperature and 83.9 % of relative humidity. The results showed that newly hatched P.litura larvae liked to eat the leaves ofM. AAB Group Fenjiao rather than ofM. AAA Group Cavendish Taijiao or M. AAA Group Cavendish Baxijiao. The developmental duration from egg to pupae ofP. litura on M. AAA Group Cavendish Taijiao was the longest (38.8 d) while that on M. AAB Group Fenjiao was the shortest (26.8 d). The generational survival rate of P. litura on M. AAA Group Cavendish Taijia was the lowest (21.7 %) while that on M. AAB Group Fenjiao was the highest (71.4 %). The fecundity of female adults on M. AAA Group Cavendish Hongxiangjiao was the lowest (324.5 granules) while that on M. AA Group Pisong mas was the highest (1 319.2 granules). The population growth index (I) of P. litura on M. AAA Group Cavendish Taijiao was the lowest while that on M. AAB Group Fenjiao was the highest; the latter was around 14.5 times higher than the former. The resistances of these varieties to P. litura, according to the intrinsic rate of natural increase (rm), were ranked from high to low in the order ofM. AAA Group Cavendish Taijiao 〉 M. AAA Group Cavendish Hongxiangjiao 〉 M. AAA Group Cavendish Baxijiao 〉 M. AAA Group Cavendish 8818 〉 M. AA Group Pisong mas 〉 M. AAB Group Fenjiao. The study indicated that P. litura could complete its life cycle when were reared on the six banana varieties, of which M. AAA Group Cavendish Taijiao and M. AAA Group Cavendish Hongxiangjiao were somewhat inhibitory to the population growth.
