摘要
简要介绍了杏的起源、分布及种质资源收集、保存情况,着重对杏种质资源的细胞学、孢粉学、授粉生物学、分子生物学、解剖学和抗寒机理方面进行了综述。揭示了国内外杏的最新研究动态、杏起源、演化、分类及抗寒、抗旱机理等,同时论述了国内外杏的育种目标、遗传规律及先进的育种技术,并提出了我国杏今后的发展方向。
China is the original center of apricot, which is widely distributed in North China. Based on the literatures published in China and abroad and the germplsm resources collected in China,the advances in research on the origin, evolution, cytology, palynology, taxonomy, pollination biology, molecular biology, mechanism of cold hardiness and drought resistance are reviewed in this article. The apricot breeding programs in the future are also suggested.
