接骨木果油的超临界CO_2流体萃取及其微胶囊技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 用超临界CO_2流体萃取技术对接骨木果油进行萃取,采用四因素三水平正交试验,探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间、CO_2流量对接骨木果油萃取率的影响。研究得出最佳萃取条件为:压力30MPa,温度45℃,时间3h,CO_2流量25kg/h。以接骨木果油为心材,食用胶为壁材,经乳化、均质和喷雾干燥得接骨木果油微胶囊,包埋率可达89.6%。 The effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time, rate of CO2 flow on the extraction rate of Sambucus williamsii fruits oil by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technique were discussed by orthogonal design. The results indicated that the optimum extraction pressure, temperature, time and rate of CO2 flow for the maxium extraction was 30 MPa, 40 ℃, 3 h, 25 kg/h respectively. The Sambucus williamsii fruits as core-material, edible gum as wall material, the microencapsulation was processed through emulgion, homogenization and spray-drying, the embedding rate could reach 89.6%.
