鼻咽癌组织AgNOR含量的显微光度术检测

The AgNOR Contents of NPC Tissues Determined by Microscopic Spectrophotometry

本文应用显激光度术对15例鼻咽癌患者的鼻咽脱落细胞涂片、活检组织印片与切片标本的AgNOR含量进行测量，并与15例鼻咽良性病变进行比较．结果表明，AgNOR含量检测具有较高的敏感性、特异性及可用度。

The AgNOR contents of NPC dssues wee measured by means of microscopic spetropho tometry with the results being 46. 68±3.62% on tissue sections, 55.72±3.18% on tissue printe, 55. 26± 3. 38% on exfoliated cell smears, ahowing significant differences compared whh that of non-NPC specimen which were 35. 78±2. 52% 44. 62±5.04% 45.83±5.97% respectively.It was suggested that the AgNOR contentmeasuring technique might be superior to the AgNOR-counting method in their sensitivity and specificity,the detors as a chgnostic test of NPC.
