变态反应性鼻炎的中医辨证分型与变态反应学指标的相关性研究

The Relative Studies between Traditional Chinese Medicine Types of Allergic Rhinitis and Corresponding Indicators of Allergology

本文对106例变应性鼻炎（鼻鼽）进行了中医辨证分型与变态反应指标的相关性研究，表明肺气虚型最多见，60例，占56.6％，表现为单纯鼻过敏征象；兼脾气虚型合并中鼻甲息肉样变和鼻息肉的比例较多，肺贤虚型的鼻变态反应病情最重，且多合并支气管哮喘．另外对本文的研究结果进行了扼要的中西医结合临床分析．

The rdative studies between traditional chinese medicine types of allergic rhinitis and corre sponding indicators of allergology were carried ouft in 106 cases with allergic rhinitis.The allergic rhinitis types were defined according to differentiation of symptoms and signs based on theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The results suggest that the type of deficiency of lung-energy is most multiple than other types. Sixty cases of the type were found at the rate of 56.6%.The manifestations were single nasal allergic symp toms and signs.The cases with nasal polypus and polypoid middle turbinate were increased in the type complicated with deficiency of spleen-energy,and their IgE levels in serum were highest.The cases with severe nasal allergy were increased in the type of deficiency of both lung-energy and kedney-energy,and this type had a higher rate of bronchial asthma.The clinical uslysis of combining traditional Chinese and mestern medicine were performed in this paper.
