西部农村基本医疗保障制度面临的问题与对策

Primary Medicare in Western China's Rural Areas: Problems and Countermeasures

课题组通过在四川等西部省份的调查,发现西部地区建立农村基本医疗保障制度面临着许多问题。从农民对医疗服务的可得性和可及性、筹资、农民参与等方面分析这些问题,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。

The project team finds out, through investigation in Sichuan and other western provinces, that there will be many problems when a primary medicare system is to be established in rural areas in such western provinces. The author puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem after a comprehensive analysis of such aspects as availability, accessibility, funding of medicare, and peasants participation.
