中药干预阿尔茨海默病不同发病环节的研究

Intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the different attack link of Alzheimer disease

目的:探讨中药干预阿尔茨海默病患者发病环节及治疗效果的作用特征,其中一些新的研究靶点可以为临床治疗提供了全新的观念和方向。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库2001-01/2005-03与阿尔茨海默病发病机制及中药治疗的研究相关的文章,检索词“Alzheimerdisease,Aβ”并限定语言种类为“English”,同时手工及计算机检索“中国全文期刊数据库”2001-01/2005-03关于阿尔茨海默病中药治疗的文章,限定语言种类为中文,检索词“阿尔茨海默病,中药治疗”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取实验治疗阿尔茨海默病的相关中药,排除综述类文献和Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到55篇与中药治疗阿尔茨海默病的文献,并选取了30篇,排除了25篇重复的文献。资料综合:30篇文献中有5篇针对阿尔茨海默病发病机制的阐述,25篇文献关于各种中药治疗阿尔茨海默病的实验研究进展。并重点探讨了中药对阿尔茨海默病不同发病环节的作用,即调节神经递质含量、改变中枢神经系统氨基酸的含量、抑制过强的免疫炎症反应,降低细胞因子过度表达、影响淀粉样蛋白淀粉样β蛋白沉积和tau蛋白异常磷酸化、改善神经元代谢、减少自由基产生和减轻氧化应激损伤,同时对治疗前景进行了展望。结论:中药在治疗阿尔茨海默病方面有一定优势,其副作用小且不易耐药,具有实用价值。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the action characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine on the attack link and therapeutic effect of Alzheimer disease, and some new targets may offer brand-new ideas and ways for the clinical therapy. DATA SOURCES：A computer-based online search of Medline database was carried out to identify English articles on the pathogenesis and treatment of Alzheimer disease by traditional Chinese medicine published from January 2001 to March 2005 by using the keywords of “Alzheimer disease, Aβ”. Meanwhile, Chinese articles about Alzheimer disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine published between January 2001 and March 2005 were searched manually and with computer in Chinese fulltext journal database, the keywords were “Alzheimer disease, therapy of traditional Chinese medicine” in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION： The data were checked firstly, relevant literatures on the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine related to Alzheimer disease were selected, but reviews and Mata analysis were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION： Of the 55 selected articles about Alzheimer disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine, 43 articles were enrolled and 12 were excluded due to repetition. DATA SYNTHESIS：Of the 43 eligible articles,6 focused on the pathogenesis investigation of Alzheimer disease,and 37 on the study progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Alzheimer disease, and mainly investigated the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the different attack link of Alzheimer disease,that is,adjusting the content of neumtransmitter,ehanging the content of amino acid in central nerve system, inhibiting stronger immune inflammatory reaction, reducing the overexpression of cytokine, affecting the amyloid β protein deposition and abnormal phosphorylation of tan protein, ameliorating neuron metabolism, reducing the production of free radicals and relieving oxidative stress injury. The therapeutic future was also prospected. CONCLUSION： Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of Alzheimer disease, its side effect is light and difficult to tolerant, so it has brilliant future to be exploited.
