摘要
本文对孜然芹果实采用了同提取方法进行了精油提取研究.并采用毛细管气相色谱、红外光谱、色──质联谱对其香气成分进行厂系统的成分分析.在分出的色谱峰中.共签定出73个化合物,并确定了主要香气组成的化学成分,为合理开发这一资源提供了科学评价和依据。
篊hemical constituents of the essential oil from Cuminum Cyminum were separated with different methods and analyzed by IR. GC/MS/DS technique. Among 112 constituents separated,75 components were identified. The major components are Cumaldehyde, 4-Amino Pyridine etc.
