摘要
对未使用过的和在液化石油气环境中服役多年的16MnR钢的化学成分、力学性能和耐腐蚀性进行了对比研究。结果表明:服役过旧材料的化学成分没有发生明显变化,但力学性能有一定程度降低。在含有高浓度H2S的改性NACE溶液中,两种材料的全面腐蚀速率均较低,但新材料表面出现鼓泡而旧材料出现大量裂纹。
Tests were performed on a unused 16MnR steel and a used 16MnR steel that had been serviced in the environment of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for many years. Comparative study had been made on their chemical composition, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The chemical composition of the used material was kept in the normal range of the 16MnR steel, while its mechanical properties had a decrease to certain extent. In the environment containing high H2 S concentration of the modified NACE solution, the rates of uniform corrosion for both materials were relatively low. However, many blisters appeared on the surface of unused 16MnR steel while cracks on the surface of used material.
