摘要
采用可控温电弧炉,在氢气气氛中,以石墨为原料,于炉内反应室外内壁上得到反应产物,并对产物进行了XRD、TEM、HRTEM分析观察。结果表明:产物为非晶态碳纳米管,炉内温度对碳纳米管的形成和尺寸有很大影响,温度低于300℃时,炉内不形成碳纳米管,当温度高于300℃时,碳纳米管的尺寸随温度升高而增大。制备的碳纳米管的原子排列是一种短程有序排列,是非晶态结构。
Amorphous carbon nanotubes were prepared by a temperature controlled arc discharge in hydrogen gas. The temperature in the furnace played an important role in the formation and dimension of carbon tubes. When the temperature was lower than 300℃, carben tubes could not be produced in the furnace and when the temperature was higher than 300℃, the dimension of the tubes increased with temperature. The carbon tubes prepared were in short range order with amorphous structure.
